Jessica Reisch’s Fruiting Bodies MFA Thesis Exhibition
Jessica Reisch’s Fruiting Bodies utilizes the familiar mushroom as a window into exploring the vast and largely invisible networked relationships in the natural world. Shengnan Dong and Michael Dondero’s Nostril looks at the things people put up with for love, highlighting relationship struggles with a light-hearted tone. Yinjie Liu, Yi Yao and Yuqi Gong present Heartbeats, a 3D-animated short film about a young boy named August whose dreams of being a cool drummer shift as he grows older.
She would love to pass along an invitation to the reception this Monday 6/10 6-8pm to other members, many of whom she has to thank (in addition to programming like the Myco Film Fest!) for inspiring and supporting this project.
