New York Times feature on Mary Banning exhibition and Mycology!

Check out the New York Times Science section for a great feature on Mary Banning and her exhibition at the New York State Museum!  Included are interviews with both Patricia Kaishian and John Haines, the current and former Curators of Mycology at NYSM.  Dr. Kaishian is the organizer of the current exhibition, and Dr. Haines was the “discoverer” of Banning’s unpublished manuscript which was hidden away at the museum for nearly a century.  (Article is paywalled – non-NYT subscribers can read the article here.)
