January 30, 2025The Myco-consortium Lecture Series has announced a slate of excellent speakers for the coming weeks and months. Not all dates have been confirmed. Here is what is in store (subject to change):
March 13: Patty Kaishian, Curator of Mycology at the New York State Museum, Outcasts: Mary Banning’s World of Mushrooms, on the 19th century American mycologist.
March 27th: Don Pfister, Professor Emeritus of Mycology at Harvard, Fungaria and the MycoPortal: A Practical Guide.
June 5th: Aishwarya Veerabahu (Pringle Lab, University of Wisconsin): The Midas Mushroom: Ecological Impacts of Invasive Golden Oyster Mushrooms
