Our valued partners, the Van Cortlandt Park Alliance are doing an event as part of the City Nature Challenge – find out more about the City Nature Challenge here.
Their big community event will happen Saturday April 27th from 10-1pm. They event will kick off at the garden inside the park near Broadway and Mosholu Avenue. More info here. Exact location here.
They would love to have a few fungi people there to make sure fungi get documented. As they have no fungi experts themselves, anyone who know just a little bit a bit about mushroom IDs, and/or who is good at documenting fungi for iNat is particularly welcome!
