DESCRIPTION:Join us for a walk in Woodlawn Cemetery\, Bronx\, NY\, Sunday\, September 27th. \nLast year\, NYMS members found many firsts for the New York City area at Woodlawn\, including a myxomycete called Diachea leucopodia (the White-footed slime). \nBring paper bags for collecting specimens\, a hand lens\, a knife\, a tackle box (optional)\, water and a lunch. The club is fairly all-weather\, but if the forecast takes a particularly nasty turn\, we will cancel this walk or shift it to another day. Please monitor your email in case we do. \nWe highly recommend using the iNaturalist app (IOS\, Android) to document the fungi you find.
