DESCRIPTION:Join us for a walk in Clove Lakes Park\, Staten Island this Sunday\, June 8th.  \nClove Lakes Park is where Tree Bacon\, Punctularia strigosozonata\, got its common name.  \nBring paper bags for collecting specimens\, a hand lens\, a knife\, a tackle box (optional)\, water and a lunch. The club is fairly all-weather\, but if the forecast takes a particularly nasty turn\, we will cancel this walk. Please monitor your email in case we do. \nWe highly recommend using the iNaturalist app (IOS\, Android) to document the fungi you find.
