Bring your sketchbook as well as your basket and you will find yourself in good artistic company. In the event of a very bad weather forecast\, we may have to cancel this walk. So please monitor your email before the walk. Bring paper bags for collecting specimens\, a hand lens\, a knife\, a tackle box (optional)\, water and a lunch. \nWe highly recommend using the iNaturalist app (IOS\, Android) to document the fungi you find. Find out how to use it here. \nIf you’ve never been on a mushroom walk with us before\, here is what to expect. \nTicks and mosquitos are common in the preserve so you will want to be prepared for those as well. \nThe event details are only viewable to active members who are logged into the website.
