Club member Pam Kray sent in this link from a UK food site that includes a recipe for Fistulina hepatica (aka Beefsteak or Beef Liver fungus) as well an interesting "cappuccino" made from wild mushrooms.

And since this is a foreign publication that includes photos, I'll just add the obligatory note of caution--mushrooms gathered and eaten in other countries/regions may look like non-edible species here at home (and vice-versa).
