RECIPE: Forest Cappuccino with Beefsteak Mushroom Croustades

And since this is a foreign publication that includes photos, I'll just add the obligatory note of caution--mushrooms gathered and eaten in other countries/regions may look like non-edible species here at home (and vice-versa).
